Good Neighbors Theatre 

Good Neighbors Theatre was established to enhance the community in and around Pickett County.  We depend on the support of the community, not only through attendance at our events, but also by offering many opportunities for volunteers to participate in the productions and maintenance at GNT.  This list addresses some of the things you may enjoy doing.  All donations of your time and materials are greatly appreciated!

 

 

JOBS AROUND THE BUILDING:

*PAINTING THE BACK ROOMS— GREEN ROOM, STORAGE AREA

    (PAINT  NOT PROVIDED BY GNT)

*MAINTAIN SHRUBBERY/ MOW THE LAWN

*REPAIR CABINETRY DOORS IN OFFICE AND OTHER AREAS

*CONSTRUCT MOBILE CLOTHES RACK/RODS FOR COSTUME STORAGE

 

JOBS DURING PRODUCTIONS:

*MAKE COSTUMES

*MAKE SETS/TEAR DOWN SETS

*ACQUIRE PROPS

*PUT UP PUBLICITY POSTERS IN THE SURROUNDING AREAS

*WORK THE LIGHT/SOUND BOOTH—TRAINING REQUIRED

*WATCH CHILDREN WHEN OFFSTAGE DURING REHEARSAL AND PRODUCTIONS
